2. Chargebacks and Disputes

Participants agree to contact Wynne Business to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate revocation of program access and additional collection actions where permitted by law, as well as:

  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Dispute of the chargeback with documentation of your agreement to this policy

3. Technical Issues

If a participant experiences technical difficulties preventing access, the company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Technical problems alone do not constitute grounds for a refund.
